🌸September 2026
Theme: Reset Your Mind • Emotional Healing • Intentional Living
Lydia’s Retreat Center is stepping boldly into a new season of digital ministry — and we’re honored to walk it with you.
📣 Stepping Out of What Held You
Scripture: Exodus 12:13
Passover reminds us that God initiates our exits. He sees bondage long before we recognize it, and He prepares deliverance long before we ask for it. This month, reflect on the places God is calling you out of — fear, stagnation, old patterns, or limiting beliefs. Freedom is not a suggestion; it is a divine invitation.
FOOD FOR GROWTH
LEADERSHIP CORNER
Leadership begins with courage. This month, I’m choosing to step out of old limitations and into God’s timing.
AI in Ministry: Is There a Place for It?
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly shaping the world around us, and many ministry leaders are asking whether it belongs in the sacred work of the Church. The truth is, AI can serve ministry—when ministry leads the way. Technology has always been a tool God’s people have used to spread the Gospel, from the printing press to radio, television, and digital media.
AI is simply the newest tool in that long line of innovation. It can help ministries streamline communication, strengthen teaching resources, support administrative tasks, and expand outreach far beyond physical walls. Used wisely, AI becomes a servant that frees leaders to focus more deeply on prayer, discipleship, and personal connection.
AI must never replace the heart of ministry. It cannot discern the Spirit, shepherd souls, or carry the compassion of Christ. Its role is supportive, not spiritual. The place for AI in ministry is found in balance: allowing it to enhance efficiency and creativity while keeping the core of ministry rooted in Scripture, the Holy Spirit, and human relationship.
When guided by discernment, ethics, and pastoral oversight, AI can help ministries reach more people, teach more effectively, and steward their time with greater excellence—without ever replacing the divine work God has entrusted to His people. Check out our podcast for a deeper perspective.
SPOTLIGHT
Lydia’s Retreat Center is honored to partner with God Loves You Best Ministry through their thriving Power of 10 Girls Mentoring Group, a youth program that continues to grow, flourish, and transform young lives. These incredible girls—ages 10 to 17—have journeyed with the ministry since 2019, celebrating major milestones and forming meaningful friendships with peers across the nation and internationally.
Their growth reflects the strength of intentional mentorship, spiritual development, and a safe community where young women can learn, lead, and love boldly. The heart of the Youth Mentoring Program beats strongest in the way these girls show up for one another. Their words of encouragement, empathy, and genuine sisterhood demonstrate the beauty of what happens when young women are nurtured in faith and purpose.
Together, Lydia’s Retreat Center: A Resource For Women and God Loves You Best Ministry are shaping a generation of confident, compassionate, kingdom‑minded young women. We love our Power of 10 Girls—and we’re excited to show you why their light continues to inspire us all.
