Pray then like this: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. 10 Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread, 12 and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Mt 6:9-13 (ESV)
Dedicate this prayer to YOU.

Our Father, I present to you my friend - my sister who is in my heart. This is my prayer for her. Help her live her life according to Your Will. Lead and guide her; renew her mind and her
heart so she will overcome temptations and any barriers or weaknesses. May you position her in high places like an eagle. May she spread love and shine in dark places where it is difficult for others to reach.
May she bring a word of love, healing, and peace to others. Surround her, protect her, and defend her. Deliver her and her loved ones from hurt, harm, and all forms of evil; physical, emotional, or spiritual (seen and unseen). Keep any virus, danger, pain, or disease far from her; may she heal fast without long side effects.
Lift her up when she feels weak, and as she goes about her daily tasks, may she feel your presence and know with certainty that she is safe in your arms. Thank You, Lord.
In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏🏽

First Hour (Prime, 6 AM):
Third Hour (Terce, 9 AM):
Fourth Hour (Mid-Morning, 10 AM):
Sixth Hour (Sext, 12 PM):
Ninth Hour (None, 3 PM):
Eleventh Hour (Vespers, 5 PM):
By incorporating the Fourth Hour into this structure, we recognize the importance of steady progress and sustained effort in both daily devotion and one's faith journey. This holistic approach highlights the continuous interplay between dedication, reflection, and God's grace.
Terce is the mid-morning prayer, traditionally held at 9 AM. It marks the third hour after sunrise and is a time for asking for the Holy Spirit’s guidance and support throughout the day. It is often a moment to pause and refocus amidst the morning’s activities.
Sext is the midday prayer, traditionally held at 12 PM (noon). It marks the sixth hour after sunrise and represents a time for reflection and sustenance. It is an opportunity to pause in the middle of the day to seek God’s strength and wisdom to continue with the day's tasks.
Vespers is the evening prayer, typically held around sunset, which can be around 5 PM. It is one of the major hours of prayer and is a time for reflection, thanksgiving, and seeking peace. Vespers marks the transition from day to evening and is an important moment for giving thanks for the day's blessings and asking for rest and peace.
Each of these prayer times helps to structure the day with moments of reflection, thanksgiving, and connection with God, promoting a rhythm of prayer and mindfulness throughout the day.
Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can shift our perspective and help us find joy in even the smallest things. By cultivating a sense of gratitude, we can increase our overall happiness and well-being.
Taking care of ourselves is essential for our physical, emotional, and spiritual health. This can include practices such as exercise, healthy eating, and self-reflection.
The path to self-discovery can be a lifelong journey. What we believe in shapes our, values, and passions. If we believe in God, He will give us an understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.
Connection with others is essential for our well-being. Whether through community, friendship, or romantic relationships, human connection can provide us with support, love, and a sense of belonging.
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. He 11:6 (NKJ)
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Ph 4:6–7 (NKJ)
So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Is 41:10 (NIV)
Worship the Lord your God, and his blessing will be on your food and water. I will take away sickness from among you, Ex 23:25 (NIV)
Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. Ja 5:14-15 (NIV)
For in the day of trouble He will keep me safe in his dwelling; He will hide me in the shelter of his sacred tent
and set me high upon a rock. Ps 27:5
