There were times in my life when I felt like broken glass in a bag, and then someone came and hit the bag with a sledge hammer. However, through emotional wellness workshops and spiritual growth resources, God took all the broken pieces and made a beautiful mosaic picture, guiding me toward women's success training.

The Monarch understands that rest and relaxation are essential parts of the journey toward emotional wellness. At times, life can be fast and furious, making it crucial to regroup. Engaging in activities like reading, relaxing, and pampering yourself provides a wonderful opportunity to get closer to God, hear His voice, and clarify your vision and purpose.
Set aside time each day to talk to God. Walking with Him in conversation helps your heart shed anger and resentment, replacing them instead with the love of God—His presence in your life and your purpose.
Make yourself a priority on your calendar. It's remarkable what just 20 minutes a day can accomplish. Keep the following items handy: a Bible, devotionals, Bible study materials, a good book, a candle, soft music, and the right mindset. No excuses, no guilt—this time is about enhancing your spiritual growth and becoming a better you.
Enjoy daily tea time. Just five minutes a day to savor the aroma of a vanilla candle and appreciate quiet time can be transformative. The Apostle Paul said, "I have learned to be content." Learning to forgive is also crucial; without forgiveness, we remain bound by what we hate. Release and let God into your heart.
As you go about your daily travels, take a moment to appreciate God's creation—the sky, stars, running waters, rainbows, and trees. Embrace your inner child and be a kinder you. In all things, give God thanks.
Being good to yourself is not about material wealth but about nurturing your spiritual essence. Live in the dream of purpose. Whether you are a teacher, helper, or administrator, life flourishes when you take care of yourself. Jesus exemplified the importance of rest, sleep, and even crying in His ministry. It's perfectly fine; the world will keep turning while you prioritize your well-being.
